2. What data do we collect?
We collect information you provide yourself, such as name, email address, phone number, car model, and order information via the contact and order form on the website. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and visitor statistics via cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
The information is used to process orders and enquiries, send order confirmations and updates, improve the website and user experience, and send newsletters if you have consented to this.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on contract (GDPR art. 6b) for orders, consent (art. 6a) for newsletters and cookies, and legitimate interest (art. 6f) for statistics and service improvement.
5. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for the website to function, as well as optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage your cookie preferences via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or in your browser settings.
6. Sharing with third parties

Personal data related to orders is stored for 5 years in accordance with accounting legislation. Newsletter subscribers are stored until consent is withdrawn. Cookie data is deleted according to each cookie's lifespan.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing.
